On Sunday, May 25th 2008, Glasgow Who presented Army of Guests 2008.

Guests included Sylvester McCoy, Peter Purves, Louise Jameson, Sarah Sutton, and Anna Hope, and we also had a Revelation of the Daleks reunion for convention first-timer Colin Spaull, who also appeared in the new series episodes Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel as Mr Crane, and Davros himself, Terry Molloy.

The day got off to a fantastic start (after a very short delay to allow some of our Edinburgh attendees to win their battle with Bank Holiday train timetables!) with TV icon Peter Purves.

Next up was Davros himself, Terry Molloy, who brought his “other half” (his Davros mask, that is!) along with him for the attendees!

The lovely Sarah Sutton took to the stage for her photo session before lunch before returning for her interview afterwards.

The fabulous Louise Jameson took to the stage next, once more demonstrating why she is such a popular face on the Doctor Who convention circuit.

Convention first timer Colin Spaull was an absolute star throughout the event, taking the time to talk to as many of the fans present as he could and regaling them all with witty and amusing anecdotes from a packed career.

The gorgeous Anna Hope was interviewed along with Colin Spaull and was an absolute joy throughout the day.

Last on stage was the Seventh Doctor himself, the quite simply brilliant Sylvester McCoy, who kept the audience thouroughly entertained throughout his interview.
